Policies- Read Before Booking
I love all of my clients and I want to make sure everyone feels at home and that each appointment/service runs smoothly. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
1.Children MUST be 10+. Absolutely no exceptions!
2. Please come with your hair ready to be shampooed! Any severe matting and tangling before shampooing that takes over 10 minutes will be charged $20 extra. I'd also appreciate a heads up if there will be a longer detangling session to avoid your appointment running into another clients appointment.
3. Please note that booking appointments are only available Tuesday - Saturday, but please do not hesitate to give me a call or text at (706) 987-7733 to see if there’s a cancellation or any availability not listed, it could be your lucky day.

Need to Cancel?
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. 1. If you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so that someone may fill that appointment slot. Try your best to cancel at least 12hrs before the appointment time. I do not charge for booking or cancelling 2. If you do not call to cancel or show for your appointment, you will not be booked again!
